Napier City CBD’s Lower Emerson Street* will transform into a fashion runway on Saturday, 29th April, at 1 pm with the annual Autumn /Winter Fashion on Parade. Now in its sixth year – the annual parade, this year, will see 18 Napier CBD fashion stores showcase their winter collections. Lower Emerson Street from Bay Coffee Hub to the Jade Centre will be closed from 9 am-3 pm to through traffic for the parade.
Well-known brands we all love, from little tots from Postie and pampered pooches, showcasing Barker’s new dog range, and we will also see newcomer Flo & Frankie. LostArt will be showing how upcycled clothes and preloved designer brands can work with a finale of brides from the Bridal Studio.
The Hits Hawke’s Bay is running a ‘Win a Wardrobe’ kindly provided by Max Fashions for women and Barkers for men (valued at $400 each). The show will be MC’ed by Adam Green, breakfast DJ from The Hits, who will be dressed for the occasion by Rembrandt. To help local stores, local everyday people will also be modeling, so pop along, and you could see one of your friends strutting their stuff!
‘Napier CBD is the hub of fashion in the region, all with great styling skills to help create the perfect ensemble for any occasion, so come and support – Be there on the day, and you could win one of many spot prizes, including a $300 voucher generously donated by new to town, fashion and homeware store, Flo & Frankie, says Napier City Business General Manager, Pip Thompson.
Come join the crowd at 1 pm, see what’s hot this coming season, score one of the many spot prizes, check out Kia Napier’s 2023 vehicle models, and you may find that special winter outfit.
