Transforming Tomorrow: Leading business change with confidence

Jo Stansfield – Chief of Capability and Operations – Fortysouth

Join us for networking and breakfast at the Napier War Memorial Conference Centre and hear Fortysouth’s Chief of Capability and Operations, Jo Stansfield, discuss transforming tomorrow: Leading business change with confidence!

Jo’s leadership and change management in strategy, customer experience, transformation, and operations span over twenty years with organisations including One New Zealand (Vodafone), Kiwibank, Auckland Transport, Spark, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is the Chief of Capability and Operations for Fortysouth, a digital infrastructure company.

Throughout her career, Jo has focused on strategy execution and successfully implementing change across Local and Central Government, Corporations, and medium-sized organisations. A lot of her work has been with businesses maturing their processes or technology, channel strategy and the introduction of digital channels, operating model design (including for startups), and the delivery of cultural change. She recently led the brand transition for Vodafone to One New Zealand. Jo has worked with owner-operators and government ministers in her roles.

Jo will share her thoughts and experience on successful change execution, including a few war stories, and provide some practical tools and ways of thinking that can be applied to both small and large changes.

Jo is a born-and-bred Cantabrian who now lives in Auckland. Her hobbies include gardening, flax weaving, and restoring her 120-year-old Villa. Jo is passionate about supporting causes that improve New Zealand’s domestic and sexual violence landscape and is currently working with Tika to define their operating model.
