Welcome to The Bank. A shared space in the heart of the Napier CBD.
The Bank is situated on the top floor of a stunning refurbished 1930’s heritage building. Originally the ‘Bank of New South Wales’, the owners have brought the charm back into this beautiful building, by seamlessly combining modern aesthetics and original features. In November 2020, The Bank was awarded the Art Deco Trust Heritage Building Revamp award, in recognition of the efforts required to undertake such projects to breathe life back into Napier’s heritage buildings.
The air-conditioned space features a 170 sqm open plan layout with lots of natural light. There are three ‘pods’ of large corner desks broken up with living green walls in between. Each pod can seat up to four users. On the end of each pod are the straight desks, so we can cater for one person, or a team of four – six within a pod. There are a total of 16 desk spaces.
