2023 Fashion Parade – Terms and Conditions
For listeners of The Hits Hawke’s Bay to enter the online draw to WIN A Wardrobe ( to the value of $400 per store) from Max Fashions and Barkers Napier as part of the Napier City Fashion on Parade held at the catwalk on 29 April on 1 pm on Lower Emerson Street.
Entry period from 8.30 am Monday 24 April 2023 until 5 pm Friday 28th April 2023
1. The competition promoter is Napier City Business Inc (NCBI), PO Box 526, Napier 4140.
2. Please change from “Simply completing an entry form online at The Hits Hawkes Bay Facebook page to gain entry to this competition”. to: “Entrants must complete an entry form at thehits.co.nz to gain entry into this competition”.
3. One winner per store prize (two total) will be chosen at random from the list of entries received.”The winners will be announced on air with the morning DJ’s” to The two x winners will be announced on The Hits Hawke’s Bay with Adam and Megan on Friday the 28 th of April. Suppose a winner is not available at the draw. In that case, we reserve the right to redraw the prize and pick replacement winners.No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
4. A prize from either Max Fashions or Barkers Napier valued $400 per store – these prizes cannot be exchanged for cash” to “The prizes are as follows – 1 x $400 voucher to spend at Max Fashions and 1 x $400 voucher to spend at Barkers Napier. These prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Entrants must specify which prize they want to register for at the entry point”.
5. The winner agrees to use their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current New Zealand data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
6. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. The promoter will notify entrants of any changes to the competition as soon as possible.
7. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
8. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
9. The promoter will notify the winner when the prize can be collected.
10. The promoter’s decision regarding all matters concerning the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered. 11. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by New Zealand law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand. 12. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
