For listeners of The Hits Hawke’s Bay to enter the online draw to WIN A day for Four in Napier CBD ( to the value of $1000) from Participating Napier CBD Businesses.
Entry period from 8.30am Wednesday, 7 June 2023 to 5pm Tuesday, 13 June 2023
- The competition promoter is Napier City Business Inc (NCBI), PO Box 526, Napier 4140.
- “Simply text The Hits Hawkes Bay and answer the daily questions to gain entry to this competition”. Entry can be done more than once.
- One winner will be chosen randomly from the received entries. “The winner will be announced on air with the morning DJ’s” to The winner will be announced on The Hits Hawke’s Bay with Adam and Megan on Wednesday, 14 June 2023. Suppose a winner is not available at the draw. In that case, we reserve the right to redraw the prize and pick replacement winners.No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The winner agrees to use their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current New Zealand data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. The promoter will notify entrants of any changes to the competition as soon as possible.
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- The promoter will notify the winner when the prize can be collected.
- The promoter’s decision regarding all matters concerning the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by New Zealand law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
