LIFT Social Enterprise is based in the Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand, and has the vision of 100% youth employment for our region. We support young people (16-24 years) into sustainable and fulfilling employment and self-employment.
Establishment of LIFT has been a direct response to issues identified through our engagement with young people, parents, whanau, communities, service providers, tertiary and secondary education/training sector and employers in Hawke’s Bay. Doing things differently to support young people into fulfilling sustainable employment or entrepreneurship is critical.
