Napier Next Gen is a new after-work social series designed to bring together Hawke’s Bay’s next generation of people under 40.
Whether you’re a tradie, hairdresser, barista, creative, business owner, entrepreneur, or professional, Napier Next Gen is your space to connect, unwind, and kick-start your Friday night in the heart of the city.
Held from 5 pm, when the workday ends and the weekend begins. This new initiative is all about creating energy, building connections, and giving young people a reason to come together, support local venues, and enjoy everything our CBD has to offer.
Napier is full of talented, ambitious, and passionate young people. Napier Next Gen is about bringing those people together in a relaxed and welcoming environment where conversations happen naturally and new connections are formed across industries, backgrounds, and networks.
While Napier provides the backdrop, this isn’t just for Napier. Anyone living or working across Hawke’s Bay is welcome to be part of the community.
Most importantly, Napier Next Gen isn’t a networking event.
There are no name tags.
