Napier City Guide Existing Advertisers Agreement 2023

This agreement is between Napier City Business Inc (NCBI) and

To confirm the following securement of advertising:

Single page advertisement per business – WITH PHOTOGRAPHY ($850 + GST)
Single page advertisement – NO PHOTOGRAPHY REQUIRED ($650 + GST)
Double page advertisement per business – WITH PHOTOGRAPHY ($1,250 + GST)
Double page advertisement – NO PHOTOGRAPHY REQUIRED ($950 + GST)

INVOICING : Invoicing will happen in two stages. The first invoice (50% deposit) is due by 13th October. The second invoice upon completion and delivery of the publication in December 2023. If we have not received your first payment by 13 October, we will retain the right to offer your advertising space to another NCBI member.

TIMINGS: Deposit due: Friday 13 October Content deadline: Friday 20 October Photography deadline: Sunday 22 October Advertisers reviewing creative proof (max 2 amendments): W/c Monday 30 October Final creative proof deadline: Friday 17 November Final payment due: Thursday 7 December Guide Printed: Thursday 7 December Guide Delivered to advertisers: Friday 8 December Failure to adhere to these strict deadlines may put your inclusion in the publication in jeopardy.

POINTS TO NOTE: The photography portion includes up to a 45 minute photoshoot with Michelle from Ruby Bloom Photography. Any time required over this or any reshooting required will be at the advertisers expense. If you would like to retain the images for your own commercial interests they will be available to you directly from Michelle for a one time fee of $290. You can access a maximum of 5 images for $10 per image. There are usually between 30 – 40 images in total. Advertising pricing includes 2 creative proof amendments. Any additional changes required will be at the advertisers expense and charged out directly at the graphic designers hourly rate.
