2026 Street Soup/Eats

Thanks for your interest in being part of this year’s winter food series. We’re bringing Street Soup back, alongside a broader Street Eats offering – giving you the chance to serve a simple, winter-friendly dish directly to a lunchtime crowd in the CBD. Complete the form below to register your interest, and we’ll be in touch with the next steps.

PRICING  is set by each participating business. As a guide, we strongly recommend keeping your dish around $10-$14 to ensure it remains accessible. Designed as a lunch-sized, affordable offering rather than a full meal. Keeping pricing within a similar range also helps create a consistent experience across the event.

What we provide:
● Promotion through posters, social media, digital advertising, weekly newsletter to Napier
CBD community (apx 600).
● Eftpos, gazebo, tables, soup warmers, cups forks, spoons, serviettes.
● An event host to help coordinate (this year we’d love a helping hand from your team too
– around 30 mins for set-up/pack-down)
● We handle the money and pay out to your account weekly

What you provide:
● Hot soup or dish of your choosing
● One team member from 11am-1:45pm to help with setup/packdown and serving
